What is the return, refund, or exchange policy?
Because each item is personally curated and customized just for you, all sales are final. At this time, we're unable to offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase has been completed. Thank you so much for your understanding and support of our small business.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order. You’ll always see the exact shipping price before completing your purchase.
Most domestic orders shipped average around $7–$8 for 8oz-2lbs and $10-$12 for heavier orders or larger boxes. Therefore, rates may vary depending on order size and destination.
I didn't get an email or get contacted after placing my order. What do I do?
Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after your purchase is completed. If you don’t see one right away, please try the following:
- Double-check that the email address entered at checkout is correct
- Check your spam or junk folder, as emails can occasionally be filtered
- Allow a few minutes after checkout, especially during high-traffic periods
If you’ve confirmed your email and phone number are correct and still haven’t received anything, please reach out to us through our Contact page so we can assist you directly.
For the fastest support, we kindly ask that all order-related questions be sent through our Contact page rather than social media, as messages there can be delayed due to high volume.

When will my scoop & packing video appear on ?
Packing videos are filmed and posted in the order purchases are received. Please allow up to 7 business days for your video to be created, edited, and carefully reviewed.
Each video is thoughtfully curated and goes through quality checks because your order—and you—are truly important to us. We take the time to ensure every video reflects the care, joy, and gratitude we feel for your support.
Once your video is posted, you’ll be able to view, save, and share it on our TikTok page. Thank you for trusting us with something personal and for being a valued part of our community!
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. If your order includes a packing video, please allow 4–6 business days for processing. Orders without a packing video typically ship within 2–4 business days.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.
Please note that shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, or high-volume periods, which are outside of our control.
